== Biography ==

Misagh Banimahd is an Iranian singer, poet, and songwriter, whose work can mostly be categorized as Alternative Rock. He is also the co-founder of the "Khorouj (Exit) Music Band". Including his works with Khorouj and his prvious musical attempts, he has so far published a number of albums, of them "Cafè Godot", "Moonless", "The City of Fame", and "Friutless" to be named.
He was born in Roodsar, a beautiful city in the state of Gilan, Iran, February 1982. He graduated in Cinema from the "Sooreh University of Art" in Tehran.
He is probably most famous for "Cafè Godot", a track from an album of the same name in 2005, named after a (cafè ) of the same name in Tehran. In this track, he integrates his post-modern lyrics with Pedram Amini Abbyaneh's elements of Flamenco music, Babak Riahipour's bass guitar, and Omid Khosh Chehre's Percussion.
